REACH-compliant polyurethane-based reactive hot melt adhesive

We contribute to reducing the burden on workers and the environment with reactive PUR hot melt adhesives that comply with the new REACH regulations, enabling efficient and sustainable business practices.

On August 3, 2020, the European Commission announced the addition of diisocyanates (abbreviated as MDI) to the list of restricted substances (REACH Entry 74). As a result, starting from August 24, 2023, in Europe, it will be necessary to comply with REACH regulations when using adhesives with an MDI concentration of 0.1% or more, or to use adhesives with an MDI concentration of less than 0.1%. At Kliberitt, we offer reactive PUR hot melt adhesives with an MDI concentration of less than 0.1% that comply with this new REACH regulation, tailored to your applications. We contribute to reducing the burden on partner companies' on-site operations and the environment, while promoting efficient and sustainable business practices.
